Your Club GM Membership allows you to share the gifts
of skin wellness with family & friends twice a year!
Membership Terms and Guidelines
- Your Membership entitles you to monthly spa treatments based upon the level of your membership terms.
- The Club GM Membership requires a 6-month commitment. If after 6 months you wish to cancel your membership you will need to contact the GINAMARIE Skin Center at (708) 479-7546 or by email: customercare@ginamarieproducts.com. If notification is not given to GINAMARIE of your decision to cancel, GINAMARIE will continue to bill you month-to-month after the 6-month term.
- If your credit card information has changed during your membership, you MUST call and update your information prior to the next membership fee. (Expired card info will result in a forfeit of the current month’s service)
- Any unused services during a month may be rolled over for subsequent use within three months. However, they must be used prior to the cancellation of your membership. Any unused services will be forfeited once your membership has been canceled.
- Your Club GM Holistic Membership is ONLY FOR YOU unless gifted to friends or family.
- Your Club GM Membership allows you to gift 2 services to family & friends annually.
- No same-day cancellations, otherwise your service will be forfeited for that particular month.
