The Best Ways to Relax this Fall

Well everybody, its finally Fall! In my pervious blog post I talked about how the weather in Alabama was not fall like but now– a month later– it is. I’m enjoying wearing sweaters and leggings and not being uncomfortable from the heat! Today I’m going to be talking about some of the ways I use myself to stay relaxed and lower my stress levels.

My first recommendation is reading. I absolutely LOVE reading. Anyone who knows me knows I always have a book with me. Its a favorite thing of mine to do throughout the day. It takes my mind off life and school for those few minutes or hours. I’m currently reading “Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens. My friend recommended it to me and I’ve been waiting for months to read it because its so popular I could never get my hands on it!
