Mental health during this time. Three ways to stay healthy.

Hi everyone,

I hope you are staying safe and taking care of your bodies and souls. Throughout this post, I have some pictures of how Seville is currently and the safety measures I had to do to go outside. We are finally starting in phase 0 tomorrow and slowly opening up more and more every 15 days. I wanted to share with you three things to stay healthy during this time.

  1. Don’t just sit all day in bed try moving around to different areas at least even to sit outside to get fresh air this will allow you to move around and get some blood flow
  2. Learn something new. During this time I tried picking up a hobby like learning about US history that I don’t normally have time for.


3. Try to have a schedule. This will help you stay organized and less stressed during this time and keep you busy.
