Hi, my beautiful people and welcome to February! January for me just flew by I can’t believe we are already in month 2 of 12! For this month’s topic, I will be sharing with you guys some fun Health Goals for 2020! Hopefully, most of us are keeping strong on our news years resolutions we made way back in 2019. Now here are some resolutions to add to 2020.
Do a Physical Activity 2-3 Times a Week!
Many of you know that I love going to the gym to work out and work up a sweat. One of my health goals for 2020 was to have physical activity 2-3 times a week. I chose that amount because I wanted to have a flexible schedule. By assigning 2-3 days out of the week, it lets me maintain my normal working hours for my job, gives me time to keep up in school, and also maintain a social life. All within this, I like to find time to relax too!
Face Mask Once a Week!
The majority of the time, I find myself running around throughout the week not taking time for skincare as much as I should. By doing a face mask once a week, it allows my skin to feel refreshed and rejuvenated! I think it is very important to find what works best for you. I personally like to use a mask as a way of relaxation, but if you like doing a full face washing routine once a week, go for it!
Eat Out Once a Week!
When time flies by, I know I’m not the only one that struggles with packing enough food to last me all throughout the day. This year, I want to focus on preparing my food to avoid spending unnecessary money eating out. Not only is food that is made home much healthier in some aspects, but I think it tastes better too!
Find Time for Yourself!
Me time is the best kind of time there is. Sometimes it’s best to take time for yourself to decompress and restart! It can be as little as watching your favorite show, doing your makeup to go nowhere, or a nice bubble bath.
