Sunday, May 2nd – Live Virtual Conference

9:00am – 9:15am Kick off for A.C.E. Conference

9:15am – 10:45am ABC’s of Esthetics

If you carry an esthetician or cosmetology license or specialize in skin, one can assume you know how to give a pretty good facial. However, an esthetician has more value than a good facial, product line, machine, or advanced treatment. Understanding what you are doing and why you are doing it is key to being a true skin expert. Do you know the ABC’s of skin? Or are you following a recipe? This class will have you thinking outside the box.

11:00am – 12:00pm Normalizing Men’s Skincare

The emerging trend of men’s skincare has been a hot topic in the beauty industry for the past few years. In this one-hour class, we will talk about the importance of men’s skin health along with how to encourage men to properly take care of themselves. We will dive into the stereotypes around men’s skincare along with how to market treatments towards men in order to normalize men’s skin health.

12:00pm – 12:30pm Lunch

12:30pm – 2:00pm Anti-Aging Solutions

Premature aging skin, without a doubt, is what brings clients into spas. Today more than ever, men and women are concerned about premature aging and are looking for a “quick fix” to stop the hands of time, while still wanting to take a holistic approach. In this class, you will learn specific steps that are necessary to achieving immediate, lasting results with clients.

2:15pm – 3:15pm Sexual Harassment Prevention

A new CE requirement for all professionals is to take one class on sexual harassment prevention with each renewal period. In this presentation, we will cover the impact sexual harassment has on individuals and businesses. You will be given a clear understanding of the ramifications of unwelcome behavior as well as the resources to report such behavior.

Monday, May 3rd – Live Virtual Conference

9:00am – 9:15am Intro to Day 2 of A.C.E. Conference

9:15am – 10:45am Analyzing Skin & Consultation

Consultation and analyzing skin can be some of the most difficult steps for skincare specialists to master. This class will give you the how-tos of what questions to ask in consultation and what to “look” for when analyzing your clients’ skin. Both two very important steps in determining how to care for and treat your clients’ skin.

11:00am – 12:30pm Treating Acne Conditions

There are many different causes of acne. It is imperative the professional has a clear understanding in order to make informed decisions for caring for acneic skin. This class will focus on understanding and treating acne from a holistic approach. We will discuss holistic ingredients, treatments, and machines that will assist in healing skin from within.

12:30pm – 1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm – 2:00pm Building Business Skills

While we all aim to be skin or hair experts in our professional careers, one overlooked aspect is the importance of business skills. This class will cover many of the business basics you will need as a professional to succeed outside of the treatment room. From branding to business models, this class will allow you to start putting concrete ideas together with the tools to understand the beauty industry as a whole.

2:15pm – 3:15pm Mental Well-Being For Your Clients & You

This one-hour class will be in the form of a conversation, discussing how we as professionals need to transcend the treatment room to care for our clients’ skin as well as their mental health. As we all know, the treatment room is more than just an opportunity for our clients to work on achieving healthy skin. It is an opportunity to relax, destress, and clear our minds from the outside world. In order to give your clients this experience, we need to consistently focus on our own personal well-being.

Our home study courses are prepared as a classroom alternative and every attention is given to ensure quality education.
